SBI² High Content 2020 Poster

AI-based analysis of complex biological phenotypes

In partnership with Molecular Devices, ViQi demonstrated a workflow that integrates a high-content imaging system with an AI-based image analysis platform to quantify complex biological phenotypes.

In this poster accepted to SBI² High Content 2020, we present two examples of AI-based image analysis of complex phenotypes: Neurotoxicity assessment of compounds using human iPSC- derived neurons, and evaluation of dose-dependent efficacy of anti-cancer drugs in 3D spheroid assays. Pilot Program

Automated Drug Discovery Assays

ViQi seeks researchers who want to apply AI to a pilot screen using a high-content analysis dataset. We are seeking pre-existing research-grade data to improve our products by using real-world examples of AIs in the lab.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate the benefit of AI in your work without incurring the costs or risks of exploring that technology yourself or tailoring your existing experimental workflows for AI.
