AI-based Infectivity Assay using Brightfield Microscopy

In partnership with North Carolina State University, Melbec Microbiology, ProBioGen AG and Baylor College of Medicine, ViQi demonstrated a viral infectivity assay using a high throughput cell imager and an AI-based image analysis platform to assess infectivity for a variety of viruses in a 96 well image plate.

In this poster, accepted to ASV 2022, we present an AI based viral infectivity assay using automated brightfield microscopy for vaccine and antiviral development. Click on the poster to download.
